Atlantic Swiss, in addition to the main group of companies, has acquired and formed additional businesses in a number of retails and trade markets.

In addition to company acquisition and formation, we advise clients and assist them in the formation of new businesses. Sometimes this is limited to company & trading structures, tax advice, legal and accounting consultancy; sometimes it involves capital investment.

Atlantic Swiss charges a fee of 5% equity within the advising Company, EIS or VCT if it is required to assemble funding for the venture, have a place on the board and/or be involved in aspects of running the business.

In addition to this, if Atlantic Swiss is required to formulate and construct the business plan for the new venture as well as assembly of the main elements of the business, an additional 5% equity is charged.
