What is Atlantic Swiss Platinum Travel?

We are acutely aware of the amount of money our clients spend each year on travel.  With this knowledge we have created Atlantic Swiss Platinum Travel to offer clients the ability to reduce their travel expenditure whilst offering an upgraded & personalised service.  It is an Invitation Only membership.

How are the savings obtained?

Atlantic Swiss are working in association with the Appointment Group to be able to offer a wide expanse of travel facilities. 

We are confident that our airfares and hotel rates are amongst the most competitive available.  We have listed some examples of savings within this booklet.

As airlines and hotels are eager to have our high profile clients utilise their services, they will offer exclusive discounts not normally available.  In addition to this, when negotiating rates with large travel organisations, they recognise the benefit of working with a company that has organised large music tours for high profile artists and coordinated travel, accommodation and logistics for large film and music productions.

How will the service work?

Once a Private Client of Atlantic Swiss Financial Services you will be given your Account Card.  This will then allow you to use the service.

Initially you will need to contact our team to register your card, confirm your password and to personalise your account.  At this point you can state if there are any personal requirements you have when you travel.  This could be anything from always requiring a window seat on a plane, a hotel with a gym or even requesting just blue Skittles in your dressing room! 

All this information will be saved and applied to any booking you make.  There is also a facility to register your credit card so that you can be invoiced directly without the requirement to always supply payment details.

When should I use this service?

This service should be used when booking standard or premier travel.  It is not designed to save money if you wish to use a budget airline.  As an example, it is worth paying our flight booking fee (see Booking Fees) if you are saving £200 on a flight to Paris, but it would not be worth paying it if you were booking a £30 Easyjet ticket to Dublin.
