Atlantic Swiss Estate Management was created to purchase and manage property for and on behalf of its clients.  Our main aim is to save clients money by managing either single properties or property portfolios in an effective way, without the normally exorbitant fees charged by high street letting and management companies.  This enables us to pass the saving directly to the client enhancing any income or capital gain that the client may generate. 

Atlantic Swiss Estate Management primarily manages property in and around London; however we do manage properties all over the UK and Europe.
