It is often wise to spread your investment capital over as many properties as possible to reduce risk and costs.  Based on this understanding, Atlantic Swiss locates potential property investments, normally over £1,000,000.00 and divides the ownership over a number of clients, normally in shares of £50,000.00. 

The advantage is that there is no mortgage debt on the property so any income and capital gain is passed directly to the investor.  If a client has £500,000.00 to invest in property, we are able to spread the investment over 10 diverse properties, both in the UK and overseas, thereby reducing any potential risk and increasing the chances of even return and growth.  We also apply various tax allowances to the investment, thereby reducing the tax liability on the gain.
